For ONLINE PURCHASES, we reserve the right to only ship to addresses that Paypal has confirmed
within the United States.
U.S. customers can also utilize our Order Form if they
wish to pay by check (and may indicate any shipping address).
Domestic and international wires are also a possibility.

Orders are usually sent via United States Postal Service (USPS), but can also be sent via
United Parcel Service {UPS}, or Federal Express {FEDEX}. We cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses.
Certain larger orders sent to P.O. BOXES or sent outside the continental U.S.
may incur additional charges (and you will be able to approve or disapprove these extra charges).
Some INTERNATIONAL SALES ability is integrated directly into our website for quick International purchasing. Just look for your flag on the Payment page of the product you are interested in and click on that flag. If you don't see your flag, please contact us. For other international customers, you may be able to buy off of the quick payment page for International customers also. Please contact us to check on this. Some countries place certain limits on imports. For Currency Converson click HERE Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment, you may RETURN any purchased items, in saleable condition, for any reason, for a full REFUND. Please obtain a Return Authorization by emailing us first. In the event of a return, our original shipping and handling costs will not be included in the refund. We will refund our shipping and handling costs to you if the return is a result of our error. In addition, in regard to exchanges, we cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Please notifiy Sungold Soap within ten days of any problems with your order. After this period, we cannnot guarentee resolution to any claims. Please note that with respect to "Custom Orders" (orders not available from the regular Product payment pages) or regular specials from the Specials payment page, all sales are final. This includes, at our discretion, payments made for orders via any custom payment page (a payment page created specifically for your order).
